CALIBER is a home-grown, small-scale brand operated by a very small team. Orders are managed with care and passion while balancing academic commitments. Due to this, delivery timelines may be extended. Customers are requested to avoid placing urgent orders.

ORDER DELAYS

Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen conditions such as festivals, heavy rainfall, viral illness, pandemics, or delays in stock arrival. These delays may occur without prior notice.

Customers are advised to check our Instagram handle every alternate day for any delay-related updates, if shared.

PRODUCT QUALITY CHECK

All products are thoroughly checked for quality before packing and dispatch.

In case of any concern regarding the received product, a complete pre-opening to post-opening video of the package is mandatory. The video must be continuous and without any cuts or edits. Only after receiving this video will the matter be reviewed and discussed via email.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

No cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to approval after review. If a product is approved for return or exchange, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ship the product back safely, ensuring proper packaging and timely dispatch.

CALIBER is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays during return shipping.
